Every tuning (for example any of the Equal-step Tuning (ET) systems) is a wonderful system. Indeed not every tuning is as accurate for specific primes, however once the music designer gets to know how to deal with the quirks there is always good harmonic content to be extracted from a tuning. For every tuning it is possible to make well over a million harmonic songs.
