Redirect with x-section

I learned today, that the targeting precision of links depends on the presentation of the toc on the destination page.

Now I think, it's time to discuss changing the wiki software (or hosting service). It is just creepy!

No, it's not sooo bad: the x- comes from managing sections with equal names. And this may be the reason why toc|flat didn't work.
