Decimal marks[edit]

In English and most computer languages the decimal mark is a period, not a comma, and I think it would be best to standardize to this.

Why the 'english' people inverted the utilization of the '.' and ',' in the numbers? Generally the dot (.) separates the quantity per thousands (one million is: 1.000.000) and the comma (,) separates the 'residual' numbers (0,002 for example).

In English, it's just the opposite, and this is an English language Wiki.

I think there should be no doubt that the English notation for numbers has to be preferred, since this wiki is written entirely in English. Maybe there will be some pages in other languages in the future...
