Half-comma meantone is half-comma meantone, the fifth is tempered half a syntonic flat, 10.753144798357 cents flat. This leads to two 4/3 stacking to a perfect 9/5. But note that 5/4 becomes pretty much replaced by 100/81, off by a syntonic Comma, and 9/8 replaced by 10/9 also off by a syntonic comma. It therefore could be one of the tunings representing flattone. 26edo could be considered approximating that, but even better it is approximated by the nonpatent vals of 33edo, 92edo and especially 125edo.
