In 17-limit Just Intonation, 45/17 is the "septendecimal minor eleventh" measuring about 1685.3¢. It is the mediant between 37/14 and 8/3, as it is (37+8)/(14+3). It is found in the harmonic series between the 45th and 17th overtones. 47edo's sixty sixth degree, measuring approximately 1685.1¢, is close in size to 45/17 -- indeed, the 47edo system has excellent approximations of the 17th and 45th harmonics, and so this harmonic function is plausible in 47edo.

√2/3*(45/17) is three cents flat of a 5/4 just major third, and this or 45/17 itself can be used for a tuning for wizard and its various relatives (lizard, gizzard, etc.).
